Q2 to Q3

Q2 Lookback & Q3 Priorities

What we shipped May to July, and what Q3 unlocks.

Q2 Lookback · May to July 2026
  • ●11 of 16 key results delivered. One in beta, two in flight at close, two cancelled and moved to Q3. The agent program operating model objective delivered 5 of 5.
  • ●Built a repeatable agent factory. Spec template, design review, and definition of done enforced across three builds. AI intake redesigned and measured. Observability live with monitoring, alerting, and escalation tracking per agent. Our data platform documented as system of record.
  • ●Eight agents live in production. Website, Support, Onboarding, CSM, AM, Marketplace Ops, Marketing Ops, and Sendo, with 10 playbooks running across them. Both platform commitments hit, 8 of 8 agents and 10 of 10 playbooks.
  • ●Two agents now owned outside GTM Eng. Support and Onboarding handed off with runbooks, proving the model transfers to the teams that use it.
  • ●Churn intelligence rebuilt. Renewal Review complete and integrated into renewal automation. Churn forecasting model in production on our data platform.
  • ●Marketing operations cleaned. Compliance flows remediated, phantom MQL signals verified eliminated, and Marketo database cleanup executed against the Q1 audit.
  • ●Where we came up short. We shipped 2 of 6 apps. Most of that capability landed as playbooks attached to existing agents instead, which is why playbooks hit 10 of 10. Two key results were cancelled in quarter and moved to Q3: the predictive intent layer and demand gen campaign assist.
Q3 Priorities & What They Unlock
  • ●One view of every account, with the score attached. A unified account and contact dashboard carrying net-new priority scoring alongside customer priority, health, and churn scoring. Gives BDRs a daily ranked list instead of one they build by hand, and puts health and churn risk in front of CS in the same place. Delivers in house the capability we were evaluating third-party intent tools to buy.
  • ●Every signal gets a defined action. The Signal Warehouse documents which agents and flows consume which signals and what each one does with them. A poor call recording becomes a risk flag on the account. A positive customer quote becomes approved supply for customer marketing. No detected signal without an owner.
  • ●Seven new agents and ten new playbooks. Tech Touch CX, Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, SDR, AE, and Finance agents live, plus ten new playbooks extending the agents already in production.
  • ●The fleet stops depending on GTM Eng. CSM and AM agents handed to the teams that use them, taking externally owned agents from two to four. Every handoff returns capacity to building the next agent, which is what makes the rest of this list possible.
  • ●Production capacity becomes measurable. Build-time baselines for both agents and playbooks, every live agent reporting into one observability layer, live on SuperOrgs, and a pilot testing whether documentation is the real constraint on playbook output. Q4 reduction targets committed against both baselines.
  • ●Marketing operations runs itself. Marketing Ops Agent to 50% of inbound tickets triaged without human review.

The Foundation

A Repeatable Agent Factory

Before an agent can ship in hours, the platform underneath it has to exist. The groundwork came first, and it's what now lets every new agent stand up fast, governed, and accurate by default.

Base agent framework

● LangChain Deepagents core
● Shared agent tools (MCP) library
● Per-agent credentials + memory
● Centralized customer artifact repository
● Observability on every agent action
● Self-improving capabilities

Enterprise security by default

● Per-user and per-agent authorization
● Fine-tuned data governance
● Data, agents & apps locked behind enterprise-grade controls

The Vocabulary

Claude Is a Tool. Agents Are Programs.

Two different things. Decoupling them matters.

Claude: A Tool You Use

Like Salesforce or Gong. You log in, you prompt it, you get work done. Connects to your existing systems.

Nobody's scared of a tool.
